The Boat

"3/4 Time" is a 33' Tiara 3300 Flybridge Cruiser with both a low cabin profile and a huge cockpit.  One of just a handful of small flybridge cruisers built in recent years. Her rakish profile and practical deck layout create a very capable fishing and diving platform with good cruising accommodations below.  Different configurations in the rear deck set-up will convert the "3/4 Time" to the specific needs of our customers.

Topside, there's plenty of seating on the small flybridge.

Below decks, through the starboard side cabin door , the upscale cabin is modest in size but well-suited to the customers needs, leaving enough space in the cockpit for the full-size tackle center. Entering the salon through the offset starboard side door and down three steps, you will see the small galley forward of the entryway. Directly across from the galley is the dinette which also makes into a double berth, complete with under storage.  Slightly off-set and across from the dining area is the enclosed head. The Forecabin features a 6'11" V Berth.

Outfitted will three (3) outriggers and running up to eight (8) trolling lines, the "3/4 Time" is a serious fishing vessel along the Leeward Coast... Snap your fingers... and "3/4 Time" converts to an awesome dive boat for six (6) divers to jump into the depths of Oahu's waters.

Powered by twin Turbocharged Volvo Penta Diesels, the "3/4 Time" will cruise comfortably to speeds of 24 - 26 knots, getting you and your party to where the action is located!!

The Crew

Rick Thomas has trained and guided divers in Hawaii for the last 5 years. He is the primary Scuba Instructor for "3/4 Time" and carries several dive agency certifications. For the past 3 years, Rick has been working the Leeward Oahu Coast, so don't be surprised to see him Capt'ning your fishing charter, helping you to land that big catch!!

Capt Lee Walters is the resident expert of Oahu's fishing Waters. Capt Lee has been fishing these waters for the past 15 years and his unique experience fishing Oahu's Leeward coast will practically guarantee you will be in the right place to land that fish. As a Scuba Divemaster, Capt Lee may be the one to lead you on an awesome 4-mile drift dive, which only our charter offers!!

(Conditions must be right for this advanced dive!!)

John Francis is both a Master Scuba Instructor and Master Shipwright. John is a retired Navy Diver and has been training divers for over 20 years. He is very familiar with all aspects of the sport and can take divers to those little known dive spots seldom visited by our tourist population.

1st Mate Richard Sloss has been fishing in both Maui and Oahu for the last seven years. Originally from California, Richard fished the southern "Cali" coast and Mexico before his migration westward. Known for his "Lei'd Back" attitude he easily took to the Aloha Spirit. If you want a relaxing and fun fishing trip, you definitely want Richard on your excursion.

Deckhand Chris Gormley has been fishing here in Hawaii for both sport and commercially since 1998. Chris brings a plethora of experience to the "3/4 Time" team.  With Chris onboard, the fish are usually jumping in the boat, if not, they have heard Chris is on the water and they are hiding in fear!!!

Deckhand Craig "Junkyard" Daniels comes to us from "Deep in the Heart of Texas".  Junkyard's been fishing since longer than he can remember, taking any opportunity to fish around the world. Craig has fished the Gulf of Mexico, Pacific, Atlantic, Persian Gulf and also in Europe. Junkyard's forte is fishing the buoys. Pulling in Aku and small Ahi with the Waianae Mountains as your backdrop is the perfect way to spend your day.
